the mirror that reflects it.

* Motivate Employees to Give Exceptional Service

* Increase Personal Productivity

= BOTTOM LINE IMPACT

The healthcare field has one of the highest rates of burnout in any industry. Healthcare workers have chosen to put on the serving towel but neglect to take care of themselves.

1. I don't have enough time

2. I have too much to do

3. I work long hours

4. I am a single parent. I can't enjoy life.

5. I am tired.

6. I don't have enough help at work. At home.

7. I am short on money.

8. On and on and on....

People make the choice daily to let life beat them up, to get out of balance. This is the beginning of burnout, so common in the healthcare field.

Burnout? Some of the symptoms of burnout: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, back pain, crying, irritability – and the list goes on.Medical Supplies-First Aid Kit clipart

I have programs that has proven to eliminate burnout, increase harmony in departments, bring laughter and create community in medical centers and offices where our precious healthcare workers are serving.

WHY do I care? I have friends that are in this industry and I listen to their struggles. I have been a patient and I have witnessed how overload and a life out of balance carries into the medical field, into the patients rooms, and ultimately,  onto the bottom line of the healthcare balance sheet.

I have battled cancer, buried brother, buried parents, sat with brothers as they got chemo and I have put together a system so employees and patients are in the best place.

I have a program that has employees getting excited about getting up every day and doing it over again; as they put their serving towels on.

What program do you want to start with?

Re-Ignite Your Fire - For someone to burn out they had to have been on fire at one time in their lives. Bring back the passion to every day life, work and every part of life. Learn how to choose your attitude - a good one - every day, how to use the 5 senses to live in the moment you are in, gratitude and bring fun back into life.

Teach your management and employees to take care of themselves and watch the workplace become a place that everyone looks forward to coming to every day! This will carry into every office and every patient's room.

Restore Sanity - Do not allow the current state of the economy dictate your days. Learn how to focus on the gifts in every day and cheer as the happiness level raises and the tone in your workplace is a place everyone desires to work.

I Love to Laugh - Laughter is a relationship connector. Find the humor in every day, teach yourslef how to laugh again, and the results are health benefits, inproved relationships and a new outlook on life! Each attendee will walk out of the presentation with a red clown nose, a lighter heart and tools to enjoy every day!

Celebrate Ordinary Days - March 1st is National Pig Day! April 25th is National Zucchini Bread Day! July 18th is Cow Appreciation Day! Learn to bring fun in to every day and make ordinary days 'extra'-ordinary! Bring fun back into life!!

Educate healthcare workers/servants to take care of themselves before anyone else and everyone benefits:

*Higher retention rate
*Increased productivity
*Increased confidence
*Decreased absenteeism
*Better attitude
*More fun in the workplace
*A place that has people wanting to come back every day
*Employees positive outlook on life affects every co-worker and patient that they come in contact with
*Harmony in the home
*Better relationships
*More joy in every area of life

When you teach employees how to take care of themselves and feel good about it – you teach them to give permission to find the peace and joy that comes from putting themselves first. And this spreads to everyone around them.

Workshops are the most effective, followed with ongoing coaching. Teach your employees to put their oxygen masks on, and they will happily be loyal.
